Minnesota Vikings Blind Football Toss Game
The Minnesota Vikings Blind Football Toss game is a great game for any football party. This fast paced game is a lot of fun and can be played by guests of all ages. This game can be played indoors or outside, but a soft football is highly recommended if the game is played indoors. Prior to the beginning of the game, the host will need to attach a hula hoop to an area for the ball to go through. Then the host will explain the rules to the guests and also explain to them that they will be blindfolded. To play the game, one at a time, they will be handed a soft football and then turned around and around until they are dizzy. When they stop they will be positioned facing the hula hoop. At this time, they will attempt to throw the soft football through the hoop based on where they last saw the hula hoop. They will score points by tossing it through the hoop. This game can be played with two or more players and on an individual or team basis. The winning team is the team that scores the most points during halftime.
And, here is another Minnesota Vikings party idea:
Don’t Say Vikings Game
The, “Don’t Say Vikings," game can be played a variety of ways and with the use of different words or teams. This game can be played before the game begins or just during halftime. Therefore, go over the rules before playing and decide when you want to start the game. If you are playing at halftime, give your football party guests small Minnesota Vikings paper footballs to put on their shirts with tape (double sided tape works best). Then explain to everyone that they can not say the word, “Vikings,” while talking during halftime and that if anyone hears another person use the word he or she can take the other persons football. The winner is the person with the most Minnesota Vikings footballs at the end of halftime.
Minnesota Vikings are playing this season; it’s time to celebrate with games and yummy food. Invite everyone over for some fun, and give out cool party favors. As your guests arrive give them all name tags, that way everyone will know everyone and the game playing can go by very smooth between the teams. Play hot potato, musical chairs, tackle football and trivia games.
