The hostess will need to have the bride-to-be fill out an info sheet on herself. Ask her questions such as "What is your favorite food?" etc. . You should have about 20 questions prepared for her to answer. Give the same questionnaire to each guest and have them answer how they think the bride-to-be would answer.
