Exchanging Gifts
Musical presents anyone? This will be a great game for a bridal shower! For the host of a bridal shower, it can be difficult to put together a game that everyone will enjoy. Here's one that everyone can enjoy and you can easily put together for them. Buy some inexpensive gifts from the dollar store or get some gag gifts and have them wrapped before your guests arrive. You will need to have less gifts than the number of guests. Have the guests sit in a circle on the floor and set a timer for 10 minutes. Give the bride-to-be a pair of dice and have her start the game by rolling them. If she rolls a double she can pick out a gift and then passes the dice on to the next player. This is repeated until all of the gifts have been taken. Then the dice is handed to the next player, they are still trying to roll doubles. This time if they roll a double they get to take a gift from one of the other players. This continues until the timer goes off. Once the timer goes off the guests can open their gifts to see the silly items they had been fighting over! Everyone will go home laughing when they receive their fun party favors. Try having the house decorated with lots of bridal decorations so that everyone will get in the spirit of things.
