In this St. Patricks Day activity the leprechaun sits in the middle of the room with his eyes closed. A paper shamrock is behind him. One child is chosen to tiptoe up and take the shamrock and sit down with it. All the children hide their hands behind them and say “Leprechaun, leprechaun, where is your shamrock? It is hidden in someone’s pocket. The leprechaun gets 3 guesses to find the shamrock. The guest with the shamrock will become the next leprechaun and so the game continues. As everyone is a winner in this game, Irish themed party favors will make great gifts for the guests.
