Chinese New Year Party Games

When friends and family get together for the Chinese New Year, there are many challenging and fun Chinese New Year games that can be enjoyed by everyone at the party. For example, relay races are an exciting and fun games to play with both family and friends. Two people in each team stand side by side and their legs that are together get tied. This tied couple must go across the room and back, untie themselves and then give the rope to the next couple in line. When the last couple has returned to their team from across the room, that team is the winning team.

Another Chinese New Year game is called Ring the New Year's Bell. This game is played by placing a bell on a chair. A person is blindfolded. The person walks 10 steps forward. The one who can ring the bell first is the winner.

The Valentine Love Games

In this Valentine game here is your big chance to play cupid and throw the arrows of love. The contestants are given darts (arrows) with balloons shaped as hearts as targets. The balloon heart in the center can have scores on them. The one furthest away from the center can have lower scores, e.g. 10 points for the outside balloon hearts and 100 points for the center one. The players take turns. Each player can have 5 darts (or whichever amount is agreed upon.) The one with the highest score wins.

Another fun Valentine game to play is Valentine charades. In a hat write the following words on a piece of paper: candy, exchange, give, hearts, hugs, cupid, kisses, love, party, pink saint, and share. What the laughter and fun begin as each team tries to guess the picked words their team mates act out.

Free Super Bowl Game Fun

One of the delights of the Super Bowl game is watching the new commercials. This Super Bowl game goes hand in hand with that. Go through several magazines and cut out advertisement symbols (i.e. the 7up dot, but not the word 7up). Try using sports minded products to tie together with the football theme. Paste each on the white side of a 3x5 card. Hand out blank answer sheets to each player or team. Have everyone go around the room with an answer sheet and try to identify as many of the symbols as possible. The person (or team) who guesses the most correctly wins. A football themed party favor is fitting for the game winner.

Another fun and simple Super Bowl game to play is give each guest a pen and paper and see how many words each person can get out of the phrase "Super Bowl Half Time."

Free Holiday Party Games

Who doesn't like to recieve gifts? Here is a holiday party game with that excitement in mind.

Each pair stands hand and hand with their adjoining hands tied together. With their free hands (one person's right hand, the other person's left hand), they must unwrap the package. Inside the wrapped package is another wrapped package. In the very last package is the gift.

A suggestion might be to have several multiwrapped packages around as the excitement gets high when the game is going on and your guests may ask to play many more rounds.
